Mechanical
1. Engine – Westerbeke® 63B Diesel total time 3348 hours. Complete rebuild from bare block by Hanson Marine Engineering (Westerbeke Master Distributor) at 2799 hours after overheating. Head gasket replacement, fuel injector rebuild and valve overhaul, new hoses and belts at 3300 hours. Dual alternators, 90 and 51 amp output. Complete service records available.
2. Engine Panel – Westerbeke® Admiral Panel with gauges for rpm, oil pressure, temperature and voltage. Audible alarms for over-temperature and low oil pressure.
3. Propeller/Shaft/Seal – Maxprop® 3-Blade Classic feathering/Aquamet® shaft 1-1/4” diameter. Shaft mounted Spurs® Line and Net Cutter System/ PSS dripless shaft seal. Shaft Saver® (2007), new cutlass bearing 2012.
4. Engine Control – Morse®MT-3, single lever, shift-throttle mounted at helm.
5. Fuel Tanks – Two (2) 5052-H32 aluminum alloy with baffle plates, cleanouts and top mounted gauges. Total fuel capacity: 88 US gallons (333.1 liters).
6. Fuel Filters – Two (2) individually selectable Racor® 500 fuel filters.
7. Engine Room Insulation – Mylar coated foam and lead insulation.
8. Fire Extinguishing System - Fireboy® Automatic Fire Extinguishing System installed in engine space.
9. Cabin Heat – Espar® diesel fueled cabin heater with variable temperature control and forced
hot air outlets in each cabin.
10. Bilge Blower – Manually controlled.
